Brett Johnson, Vice President of Hospitality Insurance, has 10 years of insurance experience. With a focus in hotels, resorts, and restaurants, Brett comes with a wealth of information and experience in the industry.
From 2021 to 2023, Brett worked as a Regional Sales Executive at Distinguished Programs with a focus on providing property & casualty solutions for hospitality and real estate organizations. Prior to that, he had stops at Integrated Specialty Companies focusing on construction risks, Trident Public Risk Solutions, and Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies with a focus on insuring property and transportation risks. Prior to his insurance career, Brett spent three years as a Field Marketing Representative for R.J. Reynolds in Kansas.
Brett earned his B.S. in marketing from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia in 2009 and followed up with his M.B.A. from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida in 2014. He also holds his CRIS certification.
Brett volunteers with the Atlanta Mission as well as Café 1040, an organization that identifies and places missionaries across the globe.
Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, Brett now resides in Marietta, Georgia with his wife and three young children.
