David Mars, SIA Past President, is now the General Manager of Margaritaville Resort at the Wharf in Orange Beach, AL where he will be leading the pre-opening and long-term positioning of a flagship resort development at The Wharf, opening December 2027, featuring 350 guestrooms and cottages, a significant residential component, ten food & beverage outlets, a full-service marina, and a 6-acre amenity deck.
