Virginia Guesthouse Set to Open April 2026

The University of Virginia will soon welcome a transformative new addition to the Ivy Corridor: Virginia Guesthouse, a 223,000‑square‑foot hotel and conference center designed to bring visitors, students, faculty, and the Charlottesville community together in meaningful ways.

Positioned at the heart of the Ivy Corridor, Virginia Guesthouse will serve as a new gateway to the University—offering an inviting arrival experience for guests from around the world. Adjacent to the School of Data Science and the Karsh Institute of Democracy, the property will become a natural gathering place where ideas are shared, conversations begin, and collaboration thrives.

Blending thoughtful design with a setting inspired by nature, Virginia Guesthouse will create an environment that nurtures both connection and creativity.
