David Viviano joined the Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort as General Manager in April 2026. David will passionately position the hotel as a premiere Southeast destination.

Previously David was the Resort Manager at Wildflower Farms (Auberge Collection) in Hudson Valley New York. The property received numerous accolades including #1 Resort in New York and #6 Resort in US by Travel & Leisure. It also received One Michelin Key in 2024 and 2025.

Prior to hotel administration David spent 20 years in Culinary in various Executive Chef roles. David notably led kitchens for St. Regis Aspen, Montage Kapalua Bay and Fairmont Orchid. In Hawaii, he embraced all aspects of the dining experience and became the Food & Beverage Director.
